Good job! I like your choice of colors. The colors for the background do not interfere with the bike routes being easily seen. I also like the way you altered the color ramp to reduce the amount of red at the tops of the mountains. If there was one change I would make, it would be to move your legend into the bottom left corner and move the North arrow somewhere else. Right now the major areas of white space are both located at the bottom. Those are between the scale bar and the greenways and around the North arrow. If you move the legend downward you will get a more ballanced use of whitespace.
